EAP is a confidential and free employee benefit which assists employees in resolving personal problems and work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Your call to the EAP helpline will always be answered by a qualified and experienced counsellor who will offer help and support in a professional, friendly and non-judgmental manner. A range of additional support is available as part of your Employee Assistance Programme, including structured telephone counselling, structured online video call counselling and online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Your Health Assured Assistance Programme portal provides confidential access to wellbeing fact sheets, videos, self-help programmes, interactive tools and educational resources to help with life’s challenges.
