A Message from your Chief Executive, Keith Chanter

These are unprecedented times.

In light of the current coronavirus outbreak and the evolving situation we find ourselves in, it is important at this time that we communicate with you, the EMCOR UK team and explain how we are responding to keep you safe and protected at work while still providing the essential support that many of our customers still need.

First and foremost, however, I wanted to thank each one of you for your ongoing support, commitment and resilience, which you have shown in recent months. I’d like to also express my sincere gratitude not only to you, but also to your family, friends and fellow colleagues who will also be making sacrifices as you adapt to the changes you are asked to make to your lives.

The executive team and I understand that this is a very stressful time for all of us. Please know that we can, and will, get through this together.

In the information below, you will find the measures that we are taking as a business to protect you - our people - and support our customers.

Of course, the situation is continuing to evolve, and it will no doubt continue to do so for some time yet. We are committed to providing ongoing communications to you, so please do frequently check back here as we will be updating this page regularly as the situation evolves.

In the meantime, I hope the information on this page provides some clarity in amongst all the uncertainty we are all facing. If you have any questions or concerns about what is expected of you at work or what you should be doing in your situation, please do discuss with your line management or HR Business Partner.

Most importantly, I ask that you please continue to look after yourselves and your families, keep yourselves well and stay safe.

Yours sincerely,

Keith Chanter
Chief Executive
