Sustainable development and helping to ensure positive stakeholder impact are at the heart of our ambition, strategy and our suite of services. Alongside our focus on improving the impact of our own operations, our solutions enable our customers to move toward their corporate responsibility objectives, amplifying our own contribution to tackling the world’s key sustainability challenges.

Energy/water and carbon
We are committed to reducing our carbon emissions and that of our supply chain, as well as helping our customers see that their assets and facilities positively contribute to the collective journey towards Net Zero. We are working towards Net Zero by 2030 for our operations and 2040 for our value chain emissions.

Natural resources and resilience
We are committed to maintaining responsible consumption of resources and managing our environmental risk through our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
In response to increased customer expectations around sustainable facilities management services, we continue to focus on maturing our circular economy approach. The successful deployment of our recently developed model supports this.

Workplace utilisation
Factors such as changing work patterns, environmental responsibilities, employee retention, wellbeing, cost efficiency and productivity are driving the demand for more flexible workplace strategies. We offer strategies that involve implementing responsive building control systems to provide data that can help adjust operations according to building usage rather than running at full capacity throughout office hours.
