Receiving an award is always an honour, and to be short listed in four of the 21 categories in the awards, which recognise the very best innovations and achievements in Human Resources and Learning and development was a fantastic achievement for our hardworking HR colleagues and EMCOR UK business.
Flex which was developed in partnership with Fair Care Employee Benefits is EMCOR UK’s flexible benefits portal. It is available to the entire workforce and provides a comprehensive selection of health and wellbeing tools which are accessible to all.
During the nationwide lockdowns over the last year, Flex has really come into its own. Allowing employees (and their families) with easy access to a host of support including tips for staying healthy and active, employee assistance programmes and financial support to consolidate debt and manage repayments, as well as much more. The HR and Internal Communications teams worked hard to keep the content fresh and to not only increase the number of employees registered to the platform but also improve the day-to-day engagement and use of the services.
