EMCOR Awarded £2m Contract For Iveco
EMCOR Facilities Services, the global facilities management company, has been awarded a £2m contract by Iveco, one of the world's largest manufacturers in the transport sector, to manage the facilities for two of its largest sites.
The renewal contract was awarded following the successful completion of EMCOR's three year planned, preventative maintenance service contract for Iveco's UK Headquarters in Watford and its Customer Service Centre in Winsford, Cheshire.
The new service delivery will see EMCOR continue to build upon the provision of a full range of services embracing Planned and Reactive Maintenance (including Condition Based Maintenance), Building Fabric along with Grounds & Landscape maintenance through to a wide array of Soft FM services including reception, helpdesk, post room, and security provision for both sites.
A resilient service is provided through a blended approach of the skilled site- based EMCOR staff of management, administration, specialist engineers, and dedicated soft service staff; with additional skill-sets and service needs delivered through EMCOR's national Mobile & Project team.
