The work carried out by the Social Housing department is predominantly within domestic properties for local authorities and housing associations. Recent projects include Lancaster Measured Term Works, Bradford Community Housing, Manchester H.I.O and Swarcliffe PPFI.

EMCOR Engineering Services also provided high quality mechanical and electrical services, design and installation to the Great Northern Tower, a large development of 257 one and two bedroom executive apartments and penthouses offering a contemporary living space in Manchester City Centre.
