EMCOR Facilities Services is contracted by Hampshire County Council to manage and oversee building maintenance and emergency response services for 385 key public service buildings including fire stations, schools, libraries, museums and retirement homes. Through its long standing relationship EMCOR UK has developed a thorough understanding of the Council’s processes and culture. This has led to the development of a number of effective support systems which have provided a range of tangible cost benefits such as reducing the number of suppliers by up to 50 % and closer relationships with subcontractors to guarantee service delivery.

EMCOR Facilities Services provides mechanical, electrical, and integrated facilities management services for the Health Protection Agency's Centre for Emergency Preparedness and Response (CEPR), a 58-acre site, comprising office building, laboratory and production facilities at Porton Down. The 'one-team' partnership is driven by a strict service level agreement and robust key performance indicators which deliver both operational and cost efficiencies for the CEPR but also promote total flexibility in the growth of the contract.
