EMCOR has a long and successful history in delivering mechanical and electrical services for healthcare facilities nationwide in both public and private sectors. These have involved traditional, PFI/PPP joint venture and ProCure 21 procurement routes. Through this experience we have developed extensive skills in healthcare solutions, explored innovative and best value solutions, utilising an open book, partnering ethos with our client NHS Trust.
Our success has been proven by our track record; over £50m of ProCure 21 projects, in excess of £70m in PFI’s and £82m and more in other healthcare schemes including LIFT, drop-in centres and community hospitals, embracing the full range of hospital accommodation including theatres, diagnostic, laboratories, pharmacies, mortuaries, catering, mental health units, staff accommodation, office, intensive care, maternity, day care, renal units, cardio thoracic centre, burns units and many more.
EMCOR Facilities Services were selected by a major pharmachem company for their ability to deliver continuous improvements to service delivery. The company relies on EMCOR to operate and maintain the engineering infrastructure at four of its major research and development sites in the United Kingdom. The sites include R&D areas, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, chemical and biological pilot plant and scientific laboratories and administrative space.
