Greater Manchester Police are concerned for the welfare of 13 year old Yenphi who has not been seen since she left her foster care address in Brideoak Street, Cheetham Hill, Manchester at 9pm on 14th February 2009. She is Vietnamese and speaks little English. Yenphi is described as slim build, approximately 5 feet tall with shoulder length black hair and was last seen wearing a light jacket, white scarf and jeans.
