Paul has over 30 years experience in the industry having worked for some of the largest contractors including Morgan Sindall, AMEC, and Costain. Originally from a mechanical engineering background, Paul moved into project management and international project business development. He has developed and delivered environmental, oil and gas, nuclear, chemical and pharmaceutical projects from design concepts through to fully operational facilities.

Paul joined EMCOR Facilities Services in March 2009 and since then, has enjoyed success in not only winning new contracts but also growing and retaining others. He is now Director of Business Development with responsibility for the whole of the sales and strategic business development function for EFS.

Paul’s objective is to develop EMCOR into an industry leading facilities services provider by enhancing growth and delivering better margins. This will be achieved by focusing on key markets and customers, and adding value in everything we do.

Paul believes that developing long term customer relationships is the way to success. He is also passionate about the environment and is a member of the Prince of Wales’s Business & the Environment Programme run by the University of Cambridge, and is an active member of the North West Development Agency Economic Forecasting Panel.

Paul is married with three children: a daughter and two sons. Away from work, he enjoys hill walking and watching football (a team in red shirts!) and more recently, golf.
