John Warren Divisional Director – Corporate & Government EMCOR Facilities Services

John spent his early career in the public sector, working in London and also abroad at the European Commission in Brussels and the British Embassy in Jakarta to support UK businesses. He has travelled widely, particularly in the Far East, and in 1995 joined the international infrastructure group AMEC plc where he led the development of the group’s defence business. John became the first chairman of the company to manage over 200 Ministry of Defence properties across Scotland under a £450m 7 year framework.

John joined EMCOR in 2008, and is a member of the EMCOR Facilities Services Executive Team. As the Divisional Director for ‘Corporate & Government’, he has specific responsibility for generating business growth and delivering operational excellence across a wide range of accounts in the public and private sector.

John makes the safety of our employees and customers a priority as well as providing an excellent service. These core values are supported by an insistence on working with integrity and developing the people in our business.

John has an MBA from Manchester Business School. He will watch or play most sports although his real passions are football and tennis.
