But to ensure we keep learning and improving we have a national team whose job it is to make the most of any groundbreaking solutions we develop for our customers. This involves everything from developing best practice and harnessing the latest technologies to implementing service improvements.

It’s no surprise that EMCOR was the first facilities management company to achieve PAS 55 accreditation (the British Standards Institution specification for the optimised management of physical assets and infrastructure) for our Asset Resource Management System at Heathrow, or that Fortune Magazine awarded EMCOR the highest possible score for ‘innovation’.
